Job Details

Baer is looking for Adobe Workfront Architect for a 2+ month remote project
Title: Adobe Workfront Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 2 months (with potential extension through next year)
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:

  • Design and maintain enterprise-level Adobe Workfront architecture ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration
  • Configure custom objects, workflows, reports, and dashboards based on business needs
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, governance policies, and change management processes
  • Evaluate and deploy advanced Workfront capabilities (Fusion, Proofing, Resource Management)
  • Identify opportunities and limitations within platform functionality ( art of the possible )
  • Architect integrations between Workfront and other core systems (e.g., Atlassian, ERP, content management) using APIs, middleware, and Workfront Fusion
  • Automate workflows for project intake, approvals, resource planning, and budget tracking to improve efficiency
  • Lead and mentor internal and external implementation teams through large-scale deployment
  • Partner cross-functionally to align Workfront strategy with business transformation initiatives
  • Serve as the key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating needs into technical solutions
  • Develop and execute change management and user adoption strategies, including training and support materials
  • Monitor platform utilization, ROI, and user satisfaction, and recommend ongoing improvements

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise application architecture experience, with 4+ years focused on Adobe Workfront
  • Adobe Workfront Architect certification or equivalent hands-on expertise
  • Proven leadership in managing technical teams or vendor partners
  • Experience integrating Workfront with platforms such as Atlassian
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and marketing operations workflows
  • Experience integrating Workfront with ERP environments
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Analytics
  • Atlassian Cloud experience preferred
