Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highlymotivated Senior Security Control Assessor.The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skill set, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS? capabilities to serve our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Security Control Assessor, you will:

  • Lead and conduct third-party cyber risk assessments and control evaluations.
  • Develop and implement sustainable processes for managing third-party cyber risks.
  • Write comprehensive technical and risk management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform risk-based due diligence on vendors and partners.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure vendor compliance with security policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the cybersecurity threat landscape and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance (Public Trust).
  • Minimum5 years in Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), with demonstrated experience in:
    • Writing technical and risk management reports.
    • Analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
    • Vendor risk assessments and control evaluations.
    • Cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
  • Minimum3 years in third-party risk management, including:
    • Cyber risk assessment of third parties.
    • Designing and implementing third-party cyber risk management processes.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $120k-135k.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
