Job Details:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Programmer with extensive NX experience to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent, full-time position within our fast-paced manufacturing industry, where you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. You will be a crucial part of our production team, creating detailed and precise machine programs for our state-of-the-art 5 Axis, Lathe, Mill, and Mikron machines using G Code and NX software. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a challenging and innovative work environment and is passionate about contributing to the production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain CNC programs for our 5 Axis, Lathe, Mill, and Mikron machines using G Code and NX software.
  • Work closely with the production and engineering teams to understand product specifications and design needs.
  • Optimize machine operations and programming to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall product quality.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the CNC programming and machine operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices in CNC programming.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming, specifically with 5 Axis, Lathe, Mill, and Mikron machines.
  • Proficient in G Code and NX software.
  • Strong knowledge of machining operations, tooling, and setup requirements.
  • Exceptional technical and mechanical skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and understand complex technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
