It s a high-performance culture where strong engineers thrive, especially those who enjoy solving complex problems in fast-moving environments.
The Team:
Security and IAM have traditionally operated as separate functions, but this organization has now integrated them into a single, collaborative team. It s a small, globally distributed group currently looking to make a senior hire. This is not an architect position - I'm seeking someone who can both design and build, with a hands-on approach to implementation. Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor others are essential, as you'll be contributing to key projects, including PAM and action-based access control. While the environment includes tools like SailPoint and Okta SSO, the team is open to candidates with experience across a range of IAM technologies.
The Ideal Candidate:
I'm looking for a Senior IAM Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience (Ideal 8-9+) who can design, build, and implement identity solutions. You'll lead initiatives around PAM and access control, automate workflows (PowerShell or Python preferred), and collaborate with global teams to align IAM practices. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, is confident mentoring others, and is comfortable working across a variety of IAM tools, including Okta and SailPoint.
