Job Details

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA is a plus.

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with a focus on regulatory reporting and US GAAP.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, and SEC reporting requirements.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).

  • Experience with financial systems and regulatory reporting platforms (e.g., AxiomSL, Oracle FCCS, SAP, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum).

  • Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.

  • Knowledge of banking products and capital markets instruments.
