The leading electronic measurement company who is also on the forefront of technology innovations. This role is for Manufacturing Technical Specialist (Day) and we are looking for candidates to collaborate with Tellus Solutions to create innovative solutions and to fulfill on our client's mission.
Job Description:
- Provide Technical support all throughout the Manufacturing process from conception to Manufacturing destination. We are looking for a person with specialized expertise and technical ability in Testing and troubleshooting of Signal Generators.
- You will be providing multi-disciplinary support to engineers to resolve a wide range of technical issues associated with production.

- Engage with a cross-functional team of global Engineers, Technicians, and skilled Operators to build and develop new products and solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Interface with Cross-functional Engineering teams and provide general production support.
- Implement and execute processes developed by Engineering and have the ability to provide constructive and collaborative feedback.
- Lead communication and provides updates on daily activities to the entire team.
- Manage, create and documents Root Cause Analysis providing feedback to engineering.
- Collaborate during New Project, Transfer, and Product meetings.
Requirements: Basic Qualifications:
- ITAR clearance
- 3 to 5 years' experience demonstrating success working with Engineering teams and partners all throughout the manufacturing process.
- Must be able to perform troubleshooting down to the component level.
- Higher education or specialized training/certification (Electronics Certificate or equivalent) is required.
- Knowledge and experience in developing, writing, and implementing test software code.
Desired Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of operation, troubleshooting and remote control of test & measurement equipment.
- A solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory.
- Growth mindset.
- Understanding of the Product Lifecycle.
- Hands on assembly experience.
- RF and Microwave technical knowledge.
