Join our dynamic Test Data Management team, dedicated to ensuring the provision of compliant test data across non-production environments. This pivotal role supports all testing and innovation initiatives, driving excellence and efficiency in our development processes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a critical team that supports all testing operations across non-production environments. As a Software Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the availability of compliant test data, thus enabling application teams to conduct thorough testing and maintain high standards of data integrity. You will gain valuable experience in a collaborative environment while contributing to meaningful projects that impact our members' data security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Code software applications based on business requirements, ensuring quality and compliance with standards.
  • Standardize quality assurance procedures for software, overseeing testing and debugging processes.
  • Develop and execute automated test scripts, as well as update existing scripts.
  • Research and address complaints, making necessary adjustments and recommendations to resolve complex software-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the eTDM tool, a .NET solution for compliant test data management.
  • Ensure proper tool support to facilitate thorough testing and maintain the integrity of member data.
  • Leverage .NET and Angular JS technologies to support a homegrown application.
  • Understand departmental and organizational strategies, making informed decisions regarding work methods and procedures.
  • Follow established guidelines and procedures while working independently and with minimal direction.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience in test automation or a solid understanding of test automation concepts.
  • Skillset in .NET, C#.
  • Experience with Angular JS.
  • Experience creating SQL stored procedures and exposure to SQL databases.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Test Automation Software, such as TOSCA.

Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$80,900 - $110,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
