Overview:
Our client is rapidly expanding their office footprint and is seeking a highly motivated and personable IT Specialist to join their team. This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise and soft skills, with a focus on supporting executive-level users both hands-on and remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in macOS and Windows troubleshooting, access control systems, security camera infrastructure, and AV support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support for hardware, software, phones, and mobile devices via call center and field locations.
  • Deliver white-glove support to executive-level users, ensuring high-quality service and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot and support macOS and Windows systems, including administration tasks.
  • Manage and maintain access control systems and security camera infrastructure, including working with vendors to define placement, power needs, and installation plans.
  • Support AV systems and assist with infrastructure expansion across multiple office floors.
  • Act as remote hands for engineering teams, assisting with server room tasks such as rebooting switches and basic troubleshooting.
  • Procure, deploy, and configure end-user devices and maintain accurate asset management and chain-of-custody documentation.
  • Work independently and proactively, often without coaching, to resolve issues and support ongoing operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in IT support roles with white-glove service delivery.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, and AV systems.
  • Experience managing access control and security camera systems, including vendor coordination.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-soft skills are a top priority.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality support.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $45.00/hr.
