Description

We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Woodland Park, New Jersey. In this role, you will be tasked with managing creative projects, coordinating graphics design, and creating content that drives conversions.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute product photography and videography for various platforms including e-commerce, marketing materials, social media, and email campaigns.

Coordinate the creative direction for campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and trend awareness.

Contribute in graphic design for digital assets like website elements, digital ads, social media visuals, and email marketing materials.

Review and optimize creative performance for enhanced conversions.

Work closely with the marketing team to generate visually compelling content that aligns with sales objectives.

Use Agile Scrum methodologies to manage projects efficiently.

Use enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to keep track of projects and customer interactions.

Leverage communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Utilize cloud technologies to store and access project data and resources.

Manage budgets and ensure projects stay within the allocated resources.

Use Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking.

Requirements

Proven experience in the Manufacturing industry
Prior role as a Project Manager or similar
Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
Experience with CRM systems
Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Familiarity with IBM systems
Experience with About Time software
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies
Understanding of Budget Processes
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Construction related projects
