Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in Clearwater, Florida. As a Business Analyst, your main role will be to provide oversight for projects, assist software development personnel with the resolution of issues, and work closely with both internal and external customers. This position involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be performing data analysis, executing work plans, and collaborating with developers and data owners.

Responsibilities:

Providing oversight for projects and supporting analysts involved
Assisting software development personnel in investigating and resolving issues
Representing the Systems team in meetings with internal and external customers
Conducting data analysis of input, internal, and output message data
Analyzing integration file feeds and adapting systems and processes to accommodate changes
Researching and presenting analysis for stakeholders and leadership
Participating and leading in complex projects
Diagnosing underlying issues by tracing unexpected results back to their source
Collaborating with developers and data owners to create data integration solutions
Working with third-party data providers to analyze and integrate offerings
Ensuring satisfaction with delivered solutions by following up with internal and external customers.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in handling and managing databases
Extensive knowledge of Gap Analysis
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Understanding of Business Process Functions
Ability to create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents
Experience in API Development
Strong skills in System Integration
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and business analysis software
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
