Mainframe Systems Programmer @ Plano, TX/ Columbus, OH - Hybrid Onsite from Day One

Roles and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of SYSPLEX and CICSPLEX design, architecture, support
Pay Range: $60 - $65
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience performing CICS systems programming and problem resolution in a mainframe z/OS sysplexed operating system environment with "Intermediate-level" knowledge and understanding of both CICS and OEM products and how they interact. Ability to read CICS dumps and traces is a plus.
- Knowledgeable across CICS Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Design (compliance, security), Connectivity (planning, securing)
- Understanding in the following platform products and features within z/Series CICS: CICS Transaction Server, CICS Plex System Manager(CPSM, WUI) , VSAM RLS, CICS Webservices(CWS, Sockets, IPIC, TCPIP), CICS Security(Keyring, Certificates, TLS, resource access, ACF2, RACF), USS (Unix Systems Services), CICS connectivity (LU6.2, MRO, ISC, CWS, Sockets, TCPIP, EXCI)
- Knowledge of these OEM products: CAFC, SYSII, Mainview, Xpediter, Abend-aid/FX
