Job Title: HRIS Leader/Consultant
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HRIS Leader/Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in
driving the successful implementation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and ensuring that business processes are thoroughly
reviewed and optimized to meet organizational requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS
implementations, business process analysis, and requirements gathering.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Implementation:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of HRIS projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet business needs.
Business Process Review:
Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze and document current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimized processes.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input and validate process changes.
Requirements Gathering:
Engage with business leaders and HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
Develop detailed functional and technical specifications for HRIS enhancements and new features.
Ensure that requirements are clearly communicated to development teams and vendors.
Change Management:
Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth transitions during HRIS implementations.
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption and utilization.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make necessary adjustments.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with HRIS trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to enhance HR processes and employee experience.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure system integrations and data integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS implementation and business process analysis.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading successful HRIS projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in HRIS software and tools, such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, or Oracle HCM.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in HRIS or related fields.
Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
