World Wide Technology is looking for a Cyber Security DevOps SRE. This job is part of WWT s Strategic Resourcing services. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT s preferred partners.

Cyber Security Platforms DevOps/SRE Engineer 

Location: Montreal, CA

Role Overview: Cybersecurity DevOps / SRE

Pay Rate: $70/hr.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Email security and infrastructure security (emails, firewalls, web proxy)
  • Incident response and operational responsibilities (responding to problems, troubleshooting)
  • Continuous improvement and updates to existing projects
  • New product development and integration into the Morgan Stanley environment
  • Collaboration with both internal and external teams

Top 3 Must-Haves:

  1. Linux/Unix networking knowledge
  2. Familiarity with:
    • Ansible
    • LDAP
    • SMTP (noted as smtpp in original)
    • Python

Additional Skills Desired:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to align with team goals
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn (self-learners encouraged)

Other Details:

  • On-call rotation: once every 6 weeks
