Job description:

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain IS-12/DR Program and documentation (40%) - Update Location recovery plan, policies, standards, governance, and reports. - Maintain tools and documentation for Units/OIT - Manage content and collateral (e.g., toolkits) for UITRLs and OIT Recovery Teams.
Work with the Disaster Recovery team and Unit recovery leads to align IS-12 location, unit, and OIT ITDR recovery and test plans with the business continuity plans and address any risks. (60%) - Review and audit documentation for IS-12 Unit effort and Compliance - Manage DR Environment information and risk remediation. - Coordinate and monitor testing execution/implementation. - Manage the execution and update of location IT recovery plans and test plans.

Experience Skillset Required:
IT disaster recovery (ITDR) knowledge
Project management skills
Attention to detail.
Stay organized and deliver on multiple assignments under strict timelines
Create reporting and presentations
Intermediate Microsoft SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive skills Preferred experience:
Creation and promotion of awareness & outreach communications and collateral
Must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Able to learn technical tools and terminology quickly
Knowledge of Business Continuity
Google Docs and Google Sheets knowledge a plus

Experience in a client-facing role
Experience in training development
