Job Title: CRM Solution Architect Patient Support Services
Location: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite/Week)

About the Role:
Client is seeking hands-on CRM Solution Architects to help transform the patient support experience through the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions based on Salesforce Health Cloud.
You ll lead key initiatives in patient journey mapping, case management, and integration of third-party services (e.g., co-pay, benefits verification). Your solutions will directly impact operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for Patient Support Programs (PSPs).
- Translate business needs into scalable technical blueprints and integrations.
- Drive best-in-class architecture for data exchange (FHIR, ETL, APIs) across systems like Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, etc.
- Conduct hands-on PoCs to validate innovative ideas quickly.
- Partner with business, enterprise architects, delivery teams, and external vendors.
- Create architecture artifacts including C4 diagrams, roadmaps, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GxP, GDPR, and patient privacy standards.
- Promote reusability, scalability, and cost-efficiency in all design decisions.
Core Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce OmniStudio (Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, Data Raptors).
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, especially patient case management, data privacy, and FHIR integration.
- Salesforce System/Application Architect certifications (preferred).
- Experience working with technologies like Snowflake, Informatica, Python, AWS S3.
- Understanding of healthcare/pharma compliance (HIPAA, GxP, GDPR).
- Strong communication skills; able to convey technical ideas to stakeholders across levels.
- Agile delivery experience; hands-on in DevOps-aligned environments.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Veeva, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, or Advanced Therapy Management.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools, Power BI/Tableau, and Terraform/AutoRabbit/GitHub.
- Cloud experience: AWS, Azure.
- Knowledge of data masking, encryption, and anonymization techniques.
