RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA that is looking for a Business Analyst 2.
Overview:
The client is seeking a Business Analyst who is well-organized and possesses the ability to multitask and help execute the Studio's contracting needs. The ideal candidate will interact with multiple individuals and/or team disciplines as well as external supplier and partners. Not only will they be responsible for assisting the Studios' contracting and procurement process, but they will also be training business partners on the process.
Responsibilities:
* Business Analyst will assist in the execution of the Studio's overall contracting process including timelines of deliveries, SLA, and backlog
* Partner with internal and external business partners across our business to provide robust contract support and guidance
* Execute contracts on behalf of the Studio with external partners, and ensure alignment of contractual terms
* Manage the company requirements for compliance of contractual terms and requirements including the following: Accessibility, Customers' PII, Company IP, Supplier Privacy, and Company Sustainability initiatives
* As a Business Analyst, you will manage the Purchase Orders requirements for contracts including the necessary work back schedule to meet internal deadlines
* Improve processes and reporting that improve efficiency by working with the Business Management team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Contractor execution experience: 2-4 years
* Project management experience: 2-4 years
* Demonstrated experience using Excel: 2-4 years
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
