Sr Change Management Consultant

Description:
One of our clients is looking for a highly experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to lead the change management assessment for a Cloud Data Modernization project. This role involves overseeing the migration of an existing large-scale enterprise data warehouse solution to the cloud. The consultant will collaborate with various IT and business stakeholders to ensure that impacts from a people, process, and technology standpoint are holistically identified and addressed with recommended mitigation steps for effective change management across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Change Management Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential impacts of the cloud migration on people, processes, and technology.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand concerns, and ensure alignment on change management strategies.
Impact Analysis: Analyze the effects of the migration on various departments and functions, identifying risks and opportunities.
Mitigation Planning: Develop and recommend mitigation strategies to address identified impacts, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
Communication Strategy: Design and implement communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Training and Support: Develop training programs and support materials to help employees adapt to new systems and processes.
Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the progress of change management activities and adjust strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 12 years in the Enterprise Data Warehouse space, leading large-scale initiatives and change management projects, particularly in IT and cloud migration.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Change management certification is a plus.
Knowledge:
Deep understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise data warehouse solutions.
