Walker Healthforce is seeking an Senior Reporting Analyst for a healthcare client located in Richardson, TX. This is a contract opportunity.
START DATE: ASAP

JOB SUMMARY
- Generate reports, track trends, and conduct data analysis to support business operations.
- Extract and analyze data from multiple sources, including Teradata and other data warehouses, using SQL queries.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data accuracy and availability for reporting.
- Design, implement, and maintain user-friendly databases to meet reporting and analytical needs.
- Document report requests, data parameters, and reporting processes for future reference.
- Represent the department or division in meetings and committees, providing data-driven insights.
- Automate reporting processes to minimize manual efforts and integrate reports into production environments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in SQL coding for data extraction and analysis
- 3+ years of experience using Tableau (or similar BI tools like Power BI) for reporting and visualization
- Experience with FACETS data (or similar industry-specific databases)
- Strong background in data reporting, analysis, and database management
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Ability to anticipate reporting needs and ensure appropriate data parameters are set
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in managed care statistical analysis, including tracking, trending, and reporting on focused populations.
