Job Title: Guidewire Business Analyst
Location: Remote

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, and delivery of Guidewire InsuranceSuite solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong P&C insurance domain knowledge, hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter, and the ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure Guidewire solutions meet business needs and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Guidewire implementations.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and/or BillingCenter.
- Collaborate with architects and developers on product model, rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Validate requirements through functional reviews, walkthroughs, and UAT support.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
- Support release, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Assist with defect triage and requirement clarifications during testing phases.
- Ensure alignment with P&C insurance processes and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years in Guidewire InsuranceSuite.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and/or ClaimCenter.
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance domain and policy/claims lifecycles.
- Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BillingCenter.
- Exposure to Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
- Guidewire certification (Associate / Specialist).
- Experience with BillingCenter.
