In this role, you will:
  • Implement AI-first marketing tools, spanning both front-end and back-end development.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of our applications.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, infusing your work with fresh ideas.
  • Iterate rapidly, test hypotheses, and refine features based on user feedback.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Location: San Francisco or Remote (US)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of overall development experience.
  • Strong full-stack web development experience - GO/Node/JavaScript/HTML/CSS, experience with ES6, and Web Components/React/similar UI frameworks.
  • Proficient with CI/CD and automation pipelines, and comfortable providing guidance on best practices for DevOps and SRE functions.
  • Experience with Agile development processes including Scrum.
  • Proven results-oriented person, especially in the areas of writing high-performance, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Works well in a distributed team environment across multiple geographies; can develop strong working relationships and promote a positive, collaborative tone.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $124,000 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
