We are seeking an experienced D365 Senior Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across the Microsoft stack and strong leadership capabilities to interface with business and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Own overall technical architecture and ensure best practices are followed

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs

Lead and mentor offshore/onshore development teams

Produce and review technical and functional design documentation

Drive solution integrations using Azure services and Power Platform

Ensure solution quality, performance, and security

10+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 development experience

Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture

Deep expertise in D365 Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules

Extensive hands-on experience with:

Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate)

.NET Framework, C#, Dynamics CRM SDK

SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS

Azure services and integrations
-

Proven experience leading D365 projects and technical teams

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities-
Lead business workshops and requirement-gathering sessions

Define functional designs for Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and PSA

Create business requirements, user stories, and functional design documents
-
Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams
-
Support CRM implementations, upgrades, and migrations

Deliver training sessions to business users

Support functional testing, UAT, and regression testing
-
12+ years of overall CRM experience

Minimum 4 full-cycle D365 CRM implementations as a Functional Consultant

Strong expertise in CRM functional design across multiple modules

Solid understanding of Power Platform capabilities

Experience with:

Dynamics 365 Online & On-Prem

Upgrades and migrations

Integrations with Microsoft Office products

Multi-language, multi-currency, mobile, offline, and Outlook capabilities

Exposure to QA, UAT, and regression testing in D365/Azure
