Job Description:
Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials Optimization Consultant to join our robust Cloud practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to multiple clients. You will address client objectives with your cloud knowledge and business acumen while providing consulting services to help them optimize their Oracle Cloud solutions. It is critical to understand how to align key deliverables and milestone metrics for project success and deliver comprehensive business solutions for client system optimization. As a key member of our talented Cloud Optimization team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to develop, plan, and implement Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials functional support items, post go-live
- Responsible for work effort coordination between remote and onsite personnel utilizing regularly scheduled conference calls, web sessions and meetings as required
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, team members and managers
- Effectively manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments
- Follow through on all assignments and take ownership of client issues
- Recommend input in the development of tools and processes to help increase team productivity
- Provide functional consulting services by acting as a subject matter expert
- Seek innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions that exceed the client s expectations
Qualifications:
Must have a solid understanding and work experience as a Functional Optimization Consultant with the following:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials Support and 1 year of Oracle Cloud end-to-end implementation experience.
- Possess functional Oracle Cloud knowledge in the following modules:
- General Ledger
- Budgetary Control
- Accounts Payable
- Cash Management
- Fixed Assets
- Expenses
- Functional Oracle Cloud knowledge is preferred in the following ERP modules:
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Accounts Receivable
- Procurement
- Have working knowledge of the full application lifecycle
- Support and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP/Financials product releases, including assessing new features, offering recommendations for enhancements, optimizing systems and supporting best industry practices
- Must have clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability and initiative to work independently and with technical team members and end users
- Display effective analytical and organizational skills
- Public Sector experience (city, county, state government offices, k-12 public schools)
- Have technical cloud knowledge with OTBI and SQL are preferred
- Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred
- Must already be living in the US
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

- Demonstrated follow-through on assignments and issue resolution
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account executives, and management
- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
- Builds confidence and trust with clients
- Displays effective analytical skills
