Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Ceres, California. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead critical initiatives in the manufacturing industry, focusing on finance modules and enterprise resource planning systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership to drive impactful results.
Responsibilities:
Lead project management efforts focused on finance modules and enterprise resource planning systems.
Oversee upgrades and integrations within systems, ensuring seamless transitions to cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Drive process improvement initiatives and business analysis to optimize system restructuring post-acquisition.
Interface with senior executives, including VPs and C-level stakeholders, to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Manage system clean-up, script development, and data model enhancements.
Coordinate mid-term data controls and account sharing within / networks.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and scalability.
Deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality and compliance.
Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on enterprise resource planning systems.
Proven expertise in systems, including Apps 10, Upgrade 20, and cloud migrations.
Strong knowledge of finance modules and the ability to bridge requirements between finance and supply chain functions.
PMP Certification is desired, or equivalent experience.
Skilled in IT project management, process improvement, and business analysis.
Experience working with VPs and C-level stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
Familiarity with script writing, data models, and account sharing protocols.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
