This is a hybrid full-time role working with Python, PostgreSQL, microservices, and distributed systems.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering
- 2+ years working with microservices and asynchronous workers
- Strong experience in large-scale distributed systems
- Proven ability to improve system performance and reliability
- Proficiency in Python 3 and PostgreSQL
- Background in data intelligence or infrastructure systems
- Strong data analysis and system behavior monitoring skilla
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Build and maintain internal tools and systems to support Customer Success and Engineering teams
- Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency and response times
- Monitor and maintain production systems, proactively identifying potential issues
- Triage and resolve customer-reported issues
- Analyze data and system behavior to provide actionable insights
