Immediate ServiceNow Technical Project Manager (Remote)

Background:

MASAI Technologies Corporation (MTC) is delivering Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions using ServiceNow platform for Federal Government Agencies' contracts by implementing a cloud based Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) using ServiceNow-Nuvolo 3rd party plug-in application. The application meets Customer's current and future functionality needs by providing critical administrative digitized workflow activities, approvals, and progress visibility for Facilities Asset Management (work order management, space management) and other workplace business processes (i.e. Capital Project Management, Capital Planning, etc...).

Job Description:

This Technical Project Management position requires both strong customer facing interaction skills, SAFe Scrum Master ceremony support, and to provide hands-on technical Implementation management planning artifact creation and support and leadership for the technical development team during the full systems development lifecycle of Program Increment (PI) and its sprint cycles for planning, design, build, test, and deployment of the ServiceNow-Nuvolo Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) Facilities Management enterprise cloud application for both sustainment and implementation. Position utilizes SAFE Agile Scrum Master teams with ServiceNow platform and plugin Nuvolo application, Data Migration Analysis, Business Requirement and functional analysis, update set packaging and migration across environment and production deployment activities.

Responsibilities:

Project Manager is required to have full SDLC experience and SCRUM and SAFe Agile in facilitating the implementation of cloud SaaS Enterprise COTS Business Applications to include managing Project Master Schedule (Gannt chart) in MS Project, managing Periodic Government Quality Reviews, Project Deliverables, and work product quality assurance oversight, and deployment management.

**Must be detailed oriented and strong communication with Customer and actively promote collaboration and communication across the development team; also must be keen with communicating up to MTC's Program Management with strategies and progress. 

The Cloud based Integrated Workplace management system (IWMS) consists of a Cloud based ServiceNow PaaS and a 3rd party plugin Nuvolo IWMS SaaS that will support, at a minimum, the following high level core system needs:

•Quality Management and Release Management support

•Implementation planning required 

• Application lifecycle Management

Agile Sprint planning, Backlog grooming, organizing Sprint Demo, Use of Jira, Confluence, and sprint planning board using online tool/MIRO

Place of Performance:

90% Remote and Periodic onsite meeting with MTC internal management

Background Check and Federal Security Clearance:

Must undergo and Background Check and receive a Public Trust Clearance Level to perform on this project

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related disciplines

General Experience:

• Fifteen (15) or more years’ project experience with Enterprise COTS implementation
• Five (5) or more years’ experience deployment of ServiceNow
• (5) years Federal Government implementation Go-Live deployment and release management experience 

Preferred Qualifications

• · Seven (5) or more years’ ServiceNow project experience as the overall leader of IT projects for Federal Government organizations
• ·Preferred  (1) or more years of ServiceNow plugin app Nuvolo implementation
