RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Non-Tech) to join their team in Mountain View, CA.
Summary:
We are looking for a high-impact leader to drive planning and execution in support of our Corporate Responsibility. This individual is responsible for creating and executing programs to improve, inform, and align our teams.
How you will lead:
* Connect Strategy to Execution: Connects external trends and business strategies with our priorities to steer teams focusing on the most impactful work
* Execute with Rigor: Applies the appropriate program management methodologies, tools, and skills to develop a detailed work plan, instill an environment of rigor and drive end-to-end execution
* Enable Scale and Velocity: Drives continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, developing repeatable frameworks and building capabilities in others
* Lead Change: Builds strong trust-based teams, develops thoughtful change strategy and exhibits extreme ownership to effectively lead, coach, and influence a cross-functional team
* Small Business & Education Ecosystem Domain Expertise: Leverages small business and education ecosystem domain expertise, to enable programs that will drive consumer platform and business growth through higher education programs
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 8+ years planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller programs
* Knowledge of Corporate Responsibility programs with focus on Small Business Success and Education Ecosystem (project/program framework best practices, tools, and techniques)
* Demonstrated ability to influence within a matrixed environment
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to distill information for various audiences and deliver status updates, risks, escalations, decision frameworks and business reviews
* Ability to escalate risks, decisions and priorities across multiple stakeholders while maintaining trust and clarity
* Ability to synthesize data into executive-ready insights and status updates
* Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
* We are looking for a solutions-oriented critical thinker, who is proactive, well-organized, and has a proven track record of developing and delivering complex programs
* The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has shaped global programs and is skilled at working cross-functionally, across various levels of leadership, and has a track record of building solid business partnerships and delivering impactful results
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
