- Testing:
Create and run test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.

Key skills and qualifications
- Proven experience with ServiceNow development, including configuring and customizing core applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and concepts.
- Knowledge of web services and integration methods (SOAP, REST).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
