Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
2. Utilize advanced software such as Mastercam, SolidWorks, and 3d CAD to design and implement manufacturing processes.
3. Oversee CNC machining, metal forming, and heat treating operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
4. Conduct comprehensive material testing to ensure quality and durability of manufactured products.
5. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing challenges.
7. Lead and manage projects to implement new manufacturing technologies, equipment, or processes.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proficiency in CNC Machining (turning), metal products, SolidWorks, and material testing.
4. Proven track record of developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes.
5. Familiarity with or ability to program CNC machines in Mastercam
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Familiarity with industry safety and environmental regulations.
