We are looking for a Salesforce Architect Agentforce & AI Solutions - Location: Lebanon, NJ (hybrid) Position Type 6+ Months Contract Position.

Key Responsibilities

Agentforce, Einstein AI & Salesforce Platform

• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce, Einstein AI, and core Salesforce features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, Flows, Triggers, and API integrations.
• Create POCs for Agentforce and GenAI-related capabilities to validate feasibility, performance, and business value.
• Architect and implement Data Cloud solutions for unified customer data, segmentation, and activation.
• Leverage Data Cloud insights and AI for real-time, personalized customer experiences.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
• Implement AI-powered workflows and automation to enhance customer engagement.
• Optimize Agentforce DevOps pipelines using AI for release readiness, risk detection, and recommendation generation.
• Ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain performance across environments.
• Manage source-driven development with Git, enforcing branch strategies aligned with enterprise standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, AI innovations, and platform trends.

Required Experience

• 10 15 years of Salesforce platform experience (solution design & custom development).
• Hands-on expertise with Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and GenAI integrations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce core concepts and proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, API integrations, and security models.
• Strong experience with integrations REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven ability to build and deliver working POCs in client environments.
• Expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with generative AI and conversational AI design.
• Implementation expertise in Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel Routing, Email-to-Case, Live Agent, and Einstein Bots.
• Strong knowledge of Agentforce DevOps and enterprise CI/CD pipeline management.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II and Application Architect certifications (Required).
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification (Preferred).
