Responsibilities
Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, catalog items, and automation.
Work alongside platform engineers to resolve backlog items prioritized as critical or high impact.
Enhance production stability and support compliance automation, including evidence capture mechanisms.
Design and implement REST integrations (including some custom spokes).
Configure and customize Catalog Items, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Form/UI enhancements.
Administer and maintain Snow Inventory, including installation and ongoing management.
Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the ServiceNow environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in ServiceNow development and administration.
Hands-on experience with Catalog Items, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI enhancements.
Experience with REST API integrations and automation workflows.
Solid background in Snow Inventory install and administration.
Proficiency in ServiceNow Work Model and workflow management.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
