Job Details

Title: Mulesoft Architect

Location: Remote

 

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Mulesoft Architect with extensive experience in Mulesoft Integration, API Design, and Enterprise Application Architecture. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Telephonic Integration, IVR, and NICE platform, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively. Experience in Salesforce, Healthcare, AWS S3, SQS Queue, SQL, Azure, and JSON is highly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and develop enterprise-level integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Define best practices, frameworks, and standards for API-led connectivity and microservices architecture.
  • Lead Mule Integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems, including Salesforce and Healthcare platforms.
  • Work with Telephonic Integration, IVR, and NICE platform to enhance customer communication workflows.
  • Implement SQS Queue, AWS S3, Azure, and SQL solutions for data storage, processing, and retrieval.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Ensure security, performance optimization, and compliance with industry standards in integration solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges, performance issues, and API failures.
  • Drive Mule Migration strategies and upgrade projects to optimize legacy systems.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 8+ years in Mulesoft Architecture & Development.
  • Expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API Gateway, and Runtime Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of MuleSoft API design, integration patterns, and data transformation.
  • Preferred Telephonic Integrations, IVR, platform experience.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce, Healthcare domain integrations, and EHR systems.
  • Experience in AWS S3, SQS Queue, Azure, and SQL databases.
  • Proficiency in working with JSON, XML, CSV, and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable architecture.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud-native application design.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect (MCPA) or Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA).
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Prior experience in contact center solutions, call routing, and automation.
