The pay range is $73,200.00 - $131,700.00

About the role:

As a Visual Designer within our UX Operations team, you'll help bring ideas to life through clear, compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you'll work closely with our UX Operations team, designers and cross-functional teams to create presentations, visuals, and communication materials that inform, align, and inspire.

You'll learn how to communicate journeys, systems, and concepts visually, supporting data and insights that guide decision-making and build alignment. With guidance, you'll experiment with formats like video, infographics, and GenAI-powered tools to enhance clarity and impact. You'll develop a strong understanding of design systems and brand guidelines, and learn how to select the right format or medium to best communicate different types of messages.

Responsibilities:

  • Design presentation materials, templates, and internal communications that support storytelling and visual clarity

  • Assist in developing case studies that showcase design impact, helping to tell the story of design work across teams and programs

  • Translate ideas, information, and user journeys into simple, engaging visuals with guidance from leaders and senior team members

  • Stay organized across multiple projects, managing timelines and proactively seeking clarity where needed

  • Contribute to shared libraries and tools that support visual consistency and efficiency across the team

  • Stay up-to-date on emerging design tools and trends, including AI-enhanced design and communication workflows

  • Embrace feedback and iteration as part of the design process

About you:

  • 2+ years of relevant visual, brand, or communication design experience

  • A portfolio that demonstrates clarity, creativity, and attention to visual detail

  • Proficient in presentation and design tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or similar platforms

  • Curious and open to experimenting with new technologies, including AI tools that enhance design and communication workflows

  • Demonstrated knowledge of UX design processes and best practices

  • Understands and can execute basic visual design principles of composition, hierarchy, color, typography

  • Ability to translate strategic ideas into visual formats that enhance clarity and understanding

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, highly collaborative, and excited by storytelling through design

  • A growth mindset and a desire to work in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environment
