Job Details

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business, technology, customer, and vendor teams to deliver quality results.

  • Oversee development and ensure successful handover to support teams.

  • Understand the business area to create accurate and concise functional requirements.

  • Apply technical and functional knowledge to guide teams in designing solutions aligned with architecture and performance requirements.

  • Analyze business and system impacts and plan tasks to deliver fully tested solutions.

  • Coordinate internal and vendor resources during development and implementation.

  • Manage team activities during build and implementation, including software configuration and vendor management.

  • Ensure solutions are quality-tested and supported with proper documentation.

  • Manage third-party vendors to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and recommend process improvements.

  • Use Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools to plan resources, milestones, risks, and financials.

  • Engage with senior managers and directors to ensure successful project deployment and benefits realization.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects of varying type, scope, and duration.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Process-oriented and results-driven.

  • Understanding of highly integrated digital platforms.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics integrations (EDI, API).

  • Experience with Order Management Systems.

  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

  • Clear understanding of Agile methodology.

  • Experience with SaaS platforms.

  • Knowledge of change management practices.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience creating and managing project plans, document repositories, risk registers, and other project artifacts.

Highly Desirable
  • Experience working with a CPG company.

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics standards and best practices.

  • Experience in the pet food or health industry.

  • Product management and lifecycle experience.

  • Experience with systems integration projects.

  • Service provider or solutions consulting experience.

  • Experience logging defects/tickets in systems such as JIRA.
