Program Manager (Information Technology Project Manager)

Program Manager (Information Technology Project Manager) for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Plan, initiate, execute and coordinate defined deliverables for AI, and IT projects. Communicate target outcomes, ensure compliance to standards and execution meets requirements, assist with resource planning, facilitate sync points. Define program scope, objectives, monitor progress and performance, ensure activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, create dashboards, and review program finances, budgeting, forecasting, costs, timeline user stories, QA, risks. Engage with clients to gather feedback, participate in scrum and sprints, and define program controls, processes, procedures, reporting cadence, decision governance. Confer with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, monitor task execution, track program milestones. Maintain project documentation, identify problems, satisfy client/user needs, recommended modifications, and formulate test plans. Use Agile, Jira, Remedy, Confluence, PPRT. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Engineering or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience planning AI and IT projects; reviewing requirements, user stories, QA, testing protocols and plans; collaborating with stakeholders; participating in scrum and sprints; maintaining project documentation; using Agile, Jira, Confluence. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $142,086 to $142,100 /yr.
