? What You'll Do
- Conduct end-to-end research studies using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Translate product goals into structured research plans and actionable insights
- Lead studies including ethnographic research, interviews, usability testing, and concept validation
- Collaborate with Design, Product Management, and Engineering to align research with strategic priorities
- Synthesize data into compelling narratives and present findings to stakeholders
- Partner with fellow researchers to support participant recruitment and study logistics
- Influence product direction through evidence-based recommendations
- Maintain a growth mindset and a deep curiosity about human behavior and decision-making

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in user experience, applied research, or product development
- OR Master's degree with 2+ years of experience
- OR PhD with relevant experience
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, concept testing)
- Experience translating research findings into strategic insights
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design Thinking, User Research, or related field
- Experience in consumer tech or product development
- Background in human behavior disciplines (e.g., HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Neuroscience, Communication, Media Studies, Computer Science, Economics)
- Consulting experience at firms like IDEO or Frog, plus in-house tech experience
- Be part of a high-priority initiative shaping the future of AI
- Work directly on a cutting-edge product with real-world impact
