System Operations Analyst
Join a dynamic team supporting the daily operations of industry-leading trading exchanges in a 24/7 environment.
As a System Operations Analyst II, you ll provide advanced technical support to internal teams and clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and minimizing IT-related disruptions.

This role involves shift rotation and may include weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex internal and customer issues.
• Maintain and administer systems using established procedures.
• Lead incident management efforts, including communication, escalation, and root cause analysis.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for support and escalation processes.
• Mentor junior analysts in system administration and troubleshooting.
• Operate and monitor systems using consoles, checklists, and third-party tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in systems/application support.
• Intermediate experience with Linux OS.
• Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial or investment technologies.
• Intermediate Unix Shell scripting.
• Familiarity with FIX Protocol and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, and Multicast protocols.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 9000, or Cobit frameworks.

Estimated Max Rate: $97,000.00
