Project Planning Analyst
Job Description:
Pay Range: $28.00 - $30.00
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.

- Contractor needs to know that they must pay for parking
- Monday - Friday. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (8 hours per day. 40 hours per week)

Job Description:
- Project Analyst
- TXDOT Billing.
- New project request intake.
- Workload tracking and reporting.
- Track and Manage permits.
- Develop and maintain a City Management Plan dashboard.
- SOX active/proactive list owner. (Network, Metro East and Metro West)
- CIAC accrual report review and analysis.
- Seeks opportunities to turn complex data into clear, impactful insights.
- Ability to present useful and clear data to various levels of management.
- Provide detailed data analysis to Serve Existing groups to support business decision making.
- Analyze and track project data to improve project management.
- Build reports and dashboards to support Network, Metro East and West. Serve Existing.
- Collaborate with groups such as Major Construction, Finance, District Operations, Storeroom personnel and other stakeholders.
- Successful track monthly capital plan and spent. Forecasting.
- Supports Serve Existing group process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties/special projects as assigned.
- A self-starter capable of solving problems through collaboration and critical thinking.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, Pivot table, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to write queries utilizing various systems.
- Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with data cleaning and data visualization.
- Knowledge of Maximo, FIM, ACIS and various client project management tools is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organization skills
- Proven ability to learn new methods, techniques and software as needed to accomplish tasks.
- A team player.
