We need: A senior Project Coordinator with experience supporting project and program managers through documentation, meeting facilitation, reporting, and data analysis as well as Additional duties include managing hiring, onboarding, employee separation, internal documentation, SharePoint sites, and PowerAutomate workflows. Candidates should have experience working with SharePoint, Powerautomate and Azure or any combination of those skills. Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and (Not Bills) showing they are Local.

Job Description:

Summary
The Project Coordinator will be a key member of the leadership team, managing varied tasks with minimal supervision.
This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
The Project Coordinator will support project and program managers through documentation, meeting facilitation, reporting, and data analysis.
Additional duties include managing hiring, onboarding, employee separation, internal documentation, SharePoint sites, and PowerAutomate workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support administrative and project-related tasks for the remediation program.
  • Analyze and document processes; create process diagrams.
  • Prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and diagrams.
  • Use ServiceNow for time tracking, configuration, and service management.
  • Manage backlogs and work items in Azure DevOps.
  • Maintain and improve SharePoint sites and document libraries.
  • Assist hiring: draft Statements of Work, review resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews.
  • Conduct onsite onboarding: orient users, assist with timesheets, coordinate workstation setup.
  • Manage staffing: conduct recertifications, track training, monitor consultant hours, coordinate vendors.
  • Foster a collaborative and communicative team environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of project coordination or related experience.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience analyzing situations to determine required tasks.
  • Skilled in onboarding and training employees.
  • Experience coordinating onboarding logistics and providing onsite user support.
  • Experience maintaining or managing PowerAutomate workflows or similar automation tools.
  • Experience using process mapping and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) or equivalent.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage complex tasks and schedules effectively.
  • Ability to research and implement innovative solutions.
  • Clear and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written, including technical documentation.
  • Ability to identify stakeholder needs and document requirements precisely.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles, techniques, and tools with ability to apply them effectively.
  • Adherence to compliance standards and established processes.
  • Ability to work independently with high initiative and minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, My Florida Marketplace, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint.
