Description

We are looking for a skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Diego, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in aligning HR processes with technology solutions, ensuring seamless system integration and functionality. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to optimizing HR operations.

Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and integration of Workday modules, including benefits, payroll, time management, talent, and recruitment.
Collaborate with HR and technology teams to identify gaps and enhance system functionality.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to guide project deliverables.
Analyze and document business processes to ensure alignment with system capabilities.
Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to manage project timelines and deliverables.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions to optimize performance.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement gathering.
Monitor and evaluate system updates to ensure compatibility with existing workflows.
Deliver training and support to end-users for effective system utilization.

Requirements

Proven experience in Workday implementation and integration.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
Proficiency in creating and managing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Experience collaborating with HR and technology teams.
Background in troubleshooting and optimizing business systems.
