We're seeking an entry-level Desktop Support Technician to join our fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about IT support and eager to gain hands-on experience in a large-scale enterprise setting.
What You'll Do
- Provide real-time, hands-on support for desktops, laptops, monitors, and personal printers.
- Administer and troubleshoot Windows 10, Windows 11, and Mac OS X systems.
- Handle technical issues both in-person and remotely, including phone-based support.
- Fulfill hardware move/add/change requests and maintain an up-to-date asset management system.
- Accurately log and document work using service management tools (e.g., Remedy, Clarity).
- Collaborate with a team of technicians to deliver reliable IT services to internal users.
- Maintain a customer-focused attitude and deliver exceptional service.
- Work designated hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or 1-3 years of recent experience in enterprise desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of PC support, including Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with both hardware and software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-demand, collaborative environment.
