Microsoft 365 / Exchange & Collaboration Engineer
Overview:
We are looking for a Microsoft 365 / Exchange & Collaboration Engineer to maintain continuity of messaging and collaboration services throughout an ongoing cloud and identity transformation. This role supports Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online operations while migration activities are handled by an external team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Manage shared mailboxes, permissions, distribution lists, and room resources.
- Perform message tracing and troubleshoot mailflow and delivery issues.
- Administer Teams policies, licensing, and access controls.
- Partner with the project migration team to validate mail routing, connectors, and user access post-cutover.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 5 years managing Microsoft 365 environments, especially Exchange Online and Teams.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell administration for M365.
- Understanding of hybrid mail routing and authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC).
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online permissions and user provisioning.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
