Job Title: Archer Business Analyst.
Location: New York, NY/Pittsburgh, PA / Lake Mary, FL (3 5 days onsite/week)
Duration: FTE.

BA help migrate client institutional business to Client Archer, they should possess the following skills:
1. Business process analysis: Understanding of current business processes and ability to identify areas for improvement.
2. Client facing: Ability to sit with a client and gather requirements, assemble client presentations, and project plans to review with client on project status.
3. Platform knowledge: Familiarity with the new platform's capabilities, features, and limitations.
They should be familiar with the following:
o Order management systems
o All security types including forward currency contracts, derivatives, TBA s Insurance -Linked Securities (ILS), bank loans, term loans, collateral, etc .
o Custodian systems and interfaces
4. Requirements gathering: Ability to collect and document business requirements from stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder management: Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including business users, technology teams, and project sponsors.
6. Data analysis: Understanding of data migration, integration, and conversion processes.
7. Technical skills: Familiarity with tools such as workflow diagrams, use cases, and data flow diagrams.
8. Project management: Basic understanding of project management principles, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
9. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and present findings, recommendations, and status updates.
10. Institutional business knowledge: Understanding of the institutional business domain, including products, services, and regulatory requirements.
11. Problem-solving: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement change
