Job Details

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Engineer & Web Architect with proven expertise in designing and building user-centric, scalable, and visually engaging applications. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Salesforce UI/UX design, strong web development skills, and the ability to drive architectural decisions for enterprise-level platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver intuitive UI/UX solutions with a strong focus on usability and performance.

  • Lead UI/UX architecture and design strategies to support enterprise web applications.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to translate business needs into high-quality designs.

  • Implement Salesforce Lightning UI/UX components and best practices.

  • Conduct design reviews, usability testing, and ensure consistent branding and accessibility across applications.

  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a robust design system.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong experience as a UI/UX Engineer and Web Architect.

  • Salesforce UI/UX (Lightning framework) experience is mandatory.

  • Expertise in modern web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React, Bootstrap, Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD.

  • Deep understanding of web architecture, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.

  • Ability to balance aesthetics, performance, and technical feasibility.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

  • Knowledge of design systems, accessibility (WCAG/ADA), and UX best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Previous experience as a UI/UX Architect in large-scale IT projects.
