UI Lead Developer

Remote

 

What You will Do:

  • Drive the design and development of scalable web interfaces. 
  • Working knowledge of C#/.NET Core and strong experience in T‑SQL queries is required to effectively integrate with backend services.
  • Lead the UI design, architecture, and development of robust, responsive web applications.
  • Develop high‑quality user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate frontend components with C#/.NET Core APIs.
  • Write clean, reusable, maintainable code following UI/UX best practices.
  • Create and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability and quality.
  • Review code and mentor frontend developers, ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.
  • Work with product owners and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write and optimize T‑SQL queries when interacting with database‑driven features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI‑related issues across environments.

 

What You Will Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in frontend development and UI Lead/Tech Lead role.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux (or similar state management), and frontend tooling.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of C# and .NET Core RESTFul services for effective integration and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in writing T‑SQL queries; understanding relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.
  • Understanding of warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain concepts.
  • Understanding or experience in warehouse automation technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

 

Nice‑to‑Have:

  • Experience with micro‑frontend architecture.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
