Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Own and articulate the vision for our core e-commerce services. Work with product and business leaders to identify and drive forward new capabilities and create a roadmap that clearly prioritizes work based on customer and business value.
• Act as a true partner to our engineering teams. While you won t be coding, you will use your technical acumen to understand our APIs and architecture, validate functionality to sign off on stories, and provide clear, actionable feedback so the team can move quickly.
• Write robust requirements, manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira, and work intimately with our engineering teams to deliver and test high-quality software.
• Build strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders, articulating product needs clearly to diverse audiences. Influence strategy for your domain and provide guidance to the team.
• Identify, measure, and analyse results to validate your product strategy and find new opportunities for improvement.

• Experienced Product Manager with a strong track record in e-commerce, particularly in designing and implementing large-scale platforms, APIs, and the complex systems that power modern online retail.
• Technically Proficient: Comfortable shaping product architecture strategy. Able to engage in technical discussions with engineers, understand trade-offs, and validate API functionality to ensure features work as intended.
• Strategic Thinker: Skilled at analysing complex situations, using data to inform decisions, and defining a clear long-term vision. Adept at prioritizing for maximum impact.
• Strong Collaborator: Proven ability to work closely with large software engineering teams and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Effective Leader: Experienced in managing multiple complex products, influencing product strategy, and aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.
