A Project Manager in Oracle Enterprise Applications is responsible for leading a project team in delivering Oracle Applications solutions as per the project charter or contract. They hold overall accountability for managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. The role includes managing the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements, which include both IBM and client employees and third-party vendors. The Project Manager must be experienced in PM methodologies. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.
