Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to oversee and execute the migration of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform from Salesforce to Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in IAM, cloud security, and migration execution, along with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IAM migration from Salesforce to Azure AD with minimal business disruption.
- Design secure and scalable IAM architecture aligned with security and compliance standards.
- Integrate Azure AD with enterprise applications, systems, and third-party services.
- Implement identity governance, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and Zero Trust controls.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and security teams to gather requirements and report progress.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues during and after migration.
- Maintain detailed documentation for architecture, configuration, and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
- Practical experience with Salesforce IAM, authentication flows, and integration points.
- Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, SAML, SCIM, and OpenID Connect.
- Proven track record in IAM platform migrations, preferably Salesforce Azure.
- Solid knowledge of cloud security, Zero Trust, and RBAC methodologies.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage migration project timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with Azure AD B2C/B2B, Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
