Senior Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid capacity based out of Chicago. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into well-structured functional and non-functional user stories.
• Document current and future state business processes and create comprehensive process maps.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and propose optimized business solutions and workflows.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, including Development, QA, and Data teams.
• Participate in product testing and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Support the QA team by identifying end-to-end testing scenarios, regression cases, and UAT test cases.
• Bring experience from multiple industries to offer diverse perspectives and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in hybrid or Agile environments.
• Strong documentation skills with experience in writing user stories, process flows, and business cases.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to cross-functional teams and collaborative project delivery.
• Experience in multiple industries is a strong plus.
