Job Description:

Harmonized Catalog & Pricing Implementation Advisor

The Harmonized Catalog & Pricing Implementation Advisor supports the rollout of unified catalog and pricing structure as we transition to a cloud-based platform (Provet). This role improves workflows across 200+ veterinary clinics by managing the implementation process, including mapping codes, training teams, explaining changes, and streamlining operations. Success involves understanding clinic operations, helping teams adjust, and ensuring a smooth transition.

Reporting to: Manager, Pricing & Harmonized Catalog Advisor

Job Responsibilities

Catalog & Pricing Implementation
  • Understand unified catalog and pricing structure.
  • Guide clinics through the migration process, including discovery, mapping, training, and post-launch support.
  • Lead catalog mapping for services and products.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Drive adoption and buy-in for the new catalog and pricing structure.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align rollout timelines, priorities, and clinic readiness with the Veterinary Leadership Team and implementation partners.
  • Co-develop training and onboarding materials for clinic roles.
  • Coordinate efforts across departments for consistent implementation.
  • Share progress updates and field insights with stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement
  • Improve playbooks, training tools, and resources based on lessons learned.
  • Support the evolution of the catalog and pricing approach with best practices.
  • Contribute to initiatives like catalog governance and pricing updates.

Background, Experience, and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years in a veterinary environment.
  • Proficiency in practice management systems (e.g., AVImark, Cornerstone, Pulse, Impromed).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clinic teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft 365.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable, self-starter mindset.
  • Passion for veterinary medicine and improving clinic experiences.
  • Remote position with 20-30% travel required.
