Role: Account Growth Partner CPG

Responsibilities
Drive new business development and account growth within key CPG clients, meeting assigned services sales and margin targets.
Build and manage trusted multi-threaded client relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
Act as a strategic advisor, aligning solutions to client priorities, challenges, and initiatives.
Lead solution sales campaigns and pre-sales activities in collaboration with solution and account teams.
Leverage expertise in CPG data & analytics, AI, engineering, and design to position solutions effectively.
Conduct consultative engagements including workshops, cross-functional dialogues, and executive presentations.
Represent the full portfolio of services and solutions, ensuring consistent value delivery.
Success Profile
Proven track record of driving account growth and delivering analytics solutions in the CPG industry.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to map solutions to business outcomes.
Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to influence at all levels, including C-suite executives.
Demonstrated leadership of large, global teams with strong people management capabilities.
Collaborative problem-solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Qualifications & Skills
15 20+ years in the data & analytics industry with direct client-facing experience.
Deep CPG domain expertise, covering areas such as Data Engineering, Cloud Technology, Supply Chain, Customer & Marketing Analytics, Reporting Systems, and Revenue Growth Management.
Strong ability to build cross-geography client relationships and manage scaled accounts.
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field preferred.
Hands-on experience with analytics delivery, visualization tools, advanced analytics, or cloud data technologies is an advantage.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
